Here are my girls, Ellie (left) & Annabel!
We are coming out of the 4 month sleep regression – i have been up almost every hour all night every night for the past few weeks!
My little darlings don’t want to nap in the day, they feed constantly (hooray for chubby thighs) & won’t sleep for longer than 2 hours at night so here is my go to list for those lack of sleep days/nights
1. Coffee – and lots of it!
2. Plan ahead and make dinners easy
3. Have a shower, even if it’s so you can have a minute alone 🙂
4. GET OUTSIDE!!!!!
5. Get an activity mat so you can put your little ones down and put your feet up …
It’ll pass and you will sleep again soon 🙂
